If you are often required to fly to different cities, then TripIt is the perfect way to organize each trip. This free, useful app allows you to build itineraries and schedules, as well as providing maps and weather forecasts for any given location. You can even use it to make restaurant reservations or book theater tickets – should you have any time to yourself!

Reqall app

reQall is the digital to-do list with a difference. Email, text, IM, or call reQall with any upcoming tasks or appointments which you may have, and the app will analyze this information to act as a helpful reminder service.
